新型生物防裂剂对枣果实内源激素及水杨酸含量的影响

         

摘要

以易裂枣品种壶瓶枣为试材,在其果实发育期分别喷施生物防裂剂Ⅰ和防裂剂Ⅱ,同时喷施等量的清水作为对照,比较枣果实中内源激素、水杨酸(SA)含量变化的差异,以探究枣果实发育期间喷施生物防裂剂对枣果实内源激素、水杨酸含量的影响.结果表明,在果实膨大期,防裂剂Ⅰ可显著提高果实生长素含量,降低果实脱落酸含量;但在果实成熟期,防裂剂Ⅱ会导致果实中的脱落酸含量显著上升.对水杨酸而言,防裂剂Ⅰ可使果实中SA含量增高,而防裂剂Ⅱ导致果实中游离SA含量降低;结合态SA含量在枣转色期间相对较高,但在成熟期相对较低.防裂剂Ⅰ可促进壶瓶枣果实膨大期生长素的合成,从而促进果实的膨大;防裂剂Ⅱ可促进果实成熟期脱落酸的合成,从而使枣果实中贮藏物质含量增加;防裂剂Ⅰ导致枣果实中游离SA增多,而防裂剂Ⅱ却导致转色期枣果实结合态SA增加.%The effects of biological anti-cracking agents on the contents of endogenous hormones and salicylic acid during the jujube fruit development were studied.Using Huping jujube as experimental materials,two biological anti-cracking agents Ⅰ and Ⅱ were spraye during fruit development,respectively.The changes of endogenous hormones and salicylic acid in jujube fruits were studied by HPLC.The result showed that in the enlargement period,anti-cracking agents Ⅰ improved significantly the content of auxin,and reduced the content of abscisic acid,but in mature period,anti-cracking agents Ⅱ increased significantly the content of abscisic acid.Anti-cracking agents Ⅰ increased the content of SA in fruit,and anti-cracking agents Ⅱ reduced the content of free SA in fruit.The content of combine SA in jujube during the color change period was relatively high,but was relatively low in the mature period.Anti-cracking agents Ⅰ in the fruit enlargement period promoted the synthesis of auxin in fruit,thereby promoted fruit enlargement.Anti-cracking agents Ⅱ in the fruit mature period promoted the synthesis of abscisic acid,and thereby increased content of storage materials in fruit.Anti-cracking agents Ⅰ increased the content of free SA in jujube,and anti-cracking agents Ⅱ during the color change period reduced the free SA content in fruit.
