园艺植物小孢子培养技术研究进展

摘要

Microspore culture became an important content of modem breeding of horticultural plants.This paper reviewed the research progress in microspore culture of horticultural plants,factors affecting microspore embryogenesis were discussed in detail,including genotype,microspore development,donor plant physiological status,pretreatment,activated carbon,hormone,and factors affecting the differentiation of embryoid bodies into seedlings.And the paper put forward the problems and prospects to provide reference for the cuhivation of horticultural plants.%游离小孢子培养已经成为园艺植物现代育种的一项重要内容.综述了园艺植物小孢子培养的研究进展,详细讨论了小孢子胚胎发生的影响因素,包括材料的基因型、小孢子发育时期、供体植株生理状况、预处理、活性炭、激素,以及胚状体分化成苗的影响因素,并提出了相关的问题与展望,以期为园艺植物的培养提供借鉴.
