红菜薹小孢子培养技术研究进展

摘要

对影响红菜薹小孢子培养的主要因素--供体材料的基因型、供体植株的生理状态、小孢子的发育时期、培养方法和条件及提高小孢子胚产率和再生植株成苗率的主要技术路线等进行了综述，提出了红菜薹小孢子培养中存在的问题，同时对今后的研究方向进行了展望。%In the paper, we analyzed the major factors affected the microspore culture of purple flowering stalk, including the genotypes and physiological status of donor materials, development period of microspore, culture method and culture condition, and summarized the main technical routes to improve the embryo production rate of microspore and seedling rate of regenerated plants, then, we pointed out the major problems existing in the microspore culture of purple flowering stalk, at the same time we discussed the related research direction in the future.
