甘蓝型油菜BnMYB1基因克隆及其对非生物胁迫的响应

         

摘要

MYB转录因子是含有MYB结构域的一类转录因子,该转录因子在植物非生物胁迫响应中起着重要作用.以甘蓝型油菜晋油4号为试验材料,从其叶片组织中克隆获得BnMY B1转录因子基因.生物信息学分析表明,BnMYB1属于R2R3-MYB亚家族,为小分子亲水性蛋白,定位于细胞核内.利用实时荧光定量PCR方法对Bn-MYB1基因在生长28 d的晋油4号幼苗的不同组织部位及其在不同非生物胁迫下的表达量进行了分析.结果表明,BnMY B1基因主要在叶片中表达,对高盐、低温、干旱、水杨酸等非生物胁迫有响应.%MYB transcription factor is a kind of transcription factor containing MYB domain,this transcription factor plays an important role in the abiotic stress response of plants.This study was based on the experiment material,Jinyou 4 in Brassica napus L.,BnMYB1 transcription factor gene was cloned from its leaf tissue.Bioinformatics analysis showed that BnMYB1 belonged to the R2R3-MYB subfamily,a small hydrophilic molecule localized in the nucleus.Using real-time quantitative PCR method,the expression of BnMYB1 gene was analyzed under abiotic stress.The results showed that the BnMYB1 gene was mainly expressed in leaves and responded to abiotic stresses such as high salt,low temperature,drought and salicylic acid.
