苦参8-异戊烯基转移酶基因蛋白家族生物信息学分析

         

摘要

In this study,the 8-Prenyltransferase family proteins were analyzed with bioinformatics tools.The results showed that all the proteins of 8-Prenyltransferase gene family of Sophoraflavescens were all hydrophobic proteins,and the proteins distributed in the chloroplast.In the protein secondary structure,the number of fractions from large to small was α-helix > irregular curly > elongation chain >β-turn.Protein family existed muhiple transmembrane sites,it was no signal peptide,and had conserved sequences,the three-dimensional structure was basically the same.The research results can lay a theoretical foundation for further exploration of the mechanism of flavonoids synthesis.%采用生物信息学方法,对苦参8-异戊烯基转移酶基因编码蛋白家族的序列信息进行研究.结果表明,苦参8-异戊烯基转移酶基因家族蛋白均为不稳定蛋白,蛋白均分布于叶绿体;该蛋白质二级结构中,各组分数量从大到小排序为α-螺旋>无规则卷曲>延伸链>β-转角;蛋白家族都存在多个跨膜位点,不存在信号肽,都存在保守序列,三维结构基本一致.研究结果可为深入探究苦参黄酮类化合物合成机制奠定理论基础.
