古代法治思想的现代诠释--以韩非法治思想为例

In the spring and autumn period and the warring states period various ideological schools of thought contend,especially Confu-cianism、Taoism、Legalism.Eventually Legalism helped the Emperor Qin Shihuang unify the six countries and the Qin empire was established. Today rule of law was promoted,traditional legalist thoughts continue to be studied by the present scholars,so it is easy to see that the signifi-cance of the rule of law on the contemporary.While Han Fei’s thought of Legalists provided valuable experience on nowadays Chinese legal con-struction links of legislation,promoting legal and law enforcement.%春秋战国时期各种思想百家争鸣，尤其以儒、道、法最为世人称道，而法家思想则最终帮助秦始皇统一了六国，建立了秦帝国。在宣扬“依法治国”的今天，传统法家思想继续被当下的学者研究，可见其对当代法制的借鉴意义。而韩非的法家思想则对当今的中国法治建设环节中的立法、宣扬法律和执法方面提供了宝贵的经验。
