高校实行本科生科研导师制的运行机制探索

摘要

Since the 21st century ,undergraduate tutorial system gradually implemented in China ,but the effect is not ideal .The main rea-son lies in inadequate teacher resources as well as imperfect matching system .In order to solve these problems ,we have carried out the explora-tion of the operating mechanism of tutorial system for undergraduate research in which some suggestions have been given such as selecting teachers and students ,clearing duties and rights of tutor ,strengthening the process management and evaluation ,and formulating incentive pol-icies ,etc .%21世纪以来，本科生导师制在我国逐渐推行，但实施效果并不理想，主要原因在于导师资源不足、配套制度不健全。为解决这些问题，文章开展本科生科研导师制的运行机制探索，在选拔导师、确定学生、明确导师的职责和权利、加强指导的过程管理和考核、制订激励政策等方面提出一些建议。
