八仙草等3味中草药复方制剂醇提物的抑制葡萄球菌效果研究

摘要

为了研究八仙草等3味中草药复方制剂醇提物的抑菌作用,采用95%乙醇提取法制备复方制剂醇提物,采用倍比稀释法制备不同质量浓度醇提物,采用滤纸片扩散法测抑菌圈大小,利用试管观察法和平板培养法测最低抑菌浓度和最小杀菌浓度.结果表明:各复方制剂对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制效果为复方3>复方2>复方1>复方4,复方3的MIC和MBC均为9.375 mg· mL-1,在此质量浓度下,其抑菌圈直径为13.86 mm.这说明各复方制剂对金黄色葡萄球菌有不同程度的抑制作用,其抑菌效果由复方制剂醇提物质量浓度及3味中草药占比决定.%To study bacteriostatic action of alcohol extract from compound preparation of Galium aparine and other two Chinese herbs, alcohol extract from compound preparation was obtained by 95% ethanol, different mass concentration of alcohol extract was obtained by doubling dilution,inhibition zone size was measured by filter paper diffusion method, minimum inhibitory concentration and minimal bactericidal concentration were measured respectively by test tube observational method and plating method.The results showed that antibacterial effect of compound preparation 3 and compound preparation 4 was the best and the worst respectively,antibacterial effect of compound preparation 2 and compound preparation 1 was middle, furthermore, antibacterial effect of compound preparation 2 was better than that of compound preparation 1,MIC and MBC of compound preparation 3 was 9.375 mg· mL-1and inhibition zone diameter was 13.86 mm under the same concentration.It is indicated that each compound preparation had different level of inhibition effects on staphylococcus aureus, antibacterial effect was determined by mass concentration of alcohol extract from compound preparation and proportion of three kinds of Chinese herbs.
