随着改革开放的不断深入,特别是我国进入WTO后,经济全球化的进程已成为一股不可阻挡的洪流,我国制造业必须努力进取,去适应国际通用的规则和规范的程序.在制造自动化技术方面,我国与国际上发达国家之间的差距还是比较大的,我们只有加快发展步伐,方能逐步赶上世界先进水平.如何从今天的制造大国走向明天的制造强国,这是值得我们深思的问题.作为高等学校,尤其是工科高校,为我国制造业的快速发展培养出更多的、合格的专业人才,这是我们义不容辞的责任.本文从我国制造业的现状出发,通过与国外先进制造技术的比较,找出我国制造业与世界先进水平之间存在的差距,明确今后发展的目标和重点,针对这些目标和重点,确定我们专业人才的培养方向,以及如何采取更为有效的教学手段,源源不断地培养出合格的专门化人才.%With the reforming and opening and going into WTO, economy globalization has become powerful. Our manufacturing industries must adopt the international universal rules and standard orders. In manufacturing automation technology, there are more differences between our country and the developed countries. We must quickly catch up the advanced technology. It is worthy for us to think how to become the strength manufacturing country from the large manufacturing country. Colleges and universities, especially engineering colleges, must foster more specialists for the development of our manufacturing industries. This paper analyzes the present state of our manufacturing industries. Through comparing our manufacture technology with foreign advanced technology, it seeks the differences between home and abroad, and definites our aims and focal points, and then defmites our working direction and effective teaching methods for training specialists.
