PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which unitarily manages information on various actions of an expected person entering into a school of a higher grade for schools and enables an information analysis that is useful to a student invitation work.;SOLUTION: This student invitation work managing device is provided with an inputting part, a storing part and a data accumulating and outputting part. The inputting part inputs the information on the plurality of actions of the expected person entering into a school of a higher grade for the school. The storing part has an information file of expected persons entering into a school of a higher grade. The information file of expected persons entering into a school of a higher grade stores the inputted information. The data accumulating and outputting part accumulates information from the information file of expected persons entering into a school of a higher grade and outputs a plurality of pieces of data for analysis. The data of analysis are for analyzing student invitation work. The data for analysis include data about the number of expected persons entering into a school of a higher grade who request school materials, data about the number of expected persons entering into a school of a higher grade who attends a school event and data about the number of expected persons entering into a school of a higher grade who submit an application form to the school.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
