A utility model, specifically a method and system, consists of different modules that enables faculty to manage their development record, enables it's administrator to manage faculty development, post development opportunities and generate faculty development plan. Faculty development pertains to programs, seminars and workshops offered by institutions of higher learning designed to support the improvement of teaching (and learning). The utility model automatically suggest faculty to attend to a particular development opportunity based on the faculty profile as well as generate information, based from the faculty profile, which will help an institution on planning further development activities for their faculty.
