PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a point card system for an educational institution which can make pupils improve their aspiration effectively in the point card system for the educational institution.;SOLUTION: When the point card system for the educational institution reads identification information from point cards in which identification information identificating pupils is recorded while the point card is issued to the pupils belonging to the educational institution and at least points can be indicated on the card surface and the indication can be re-writable, the point card system updates database and can freely set bonus points in the prescribed limits by the directions from the client while the system searches database based on the identification information, reads accumulated points and bonus points, supplies to a card reader/writer the points adding the accumulated points, the bonus points, and regular points as the accumulated points, and changes indication of the card surface of the point card.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
