论我国大学校本文化建设

摘要

School-based culture is an organic constituent of university culture .In the process of its de-velopment , a university accumulates and then develops rich school -based culture resources .School-based culture construction is an essential way for a university to fulfill its functions , increase its power in running the university , and demonstrate its school -running characteristics .School-based culture construction is to be strengthened through the following aspects:the guidance of concept , scientific design , fundamental construc-tion, regime norm and environmental construction .%校本文化是大学文化的有机组成部分. 大学在发展过程中积淀、形成了丰富的校本文化资源. 校本文化建设是我国大学履行职能、增强办学实力、彰显办学特色的重要途径. 加强大学校本文化建设,需要从理念引导、科学设计、基本建设、制度规范和环境营造等方面着手.
