This research examines the impact of destructive leadership on immediate subordinates and other subordinates based on a questionnaire survey of 391 employees .The empirical study shows :(1)destructive leadership is negatively related to immediate subordinate ’s work performance and job satisfaction ,and destructive leadership is positively related to turnover intention ;(2 )destructive leadership is negatively related to other subordinate’s work performance and job satisfaction ,and positively related to turnover intention ;(3 ) the effect of destructive leadership on immediate subordinate is larger than that on other subordinate .%在对391名企业员工问卷调查获得的数据基础上基于直接下属和非直接下属对比的视角探讨了破坏性领导对下属的影响效应。研究结果表明:破坏性领导对直接下属和非直接下属的绩效和工作满意度都具有显著的负向影响效应,对两者的离职倾向都具有显著的正向影响效应,并且破坏性领导对直接下属的影响效应高于对非直接下属的影响效应。破坏性领导对直接下属的影响效应最强的是工作满意度,其次是绩效,对于离职倾向的影响较小;破坏性领导对非直接下属的影响效应中对绩效的影响最强,其次是工作满意度,影响较小的是离职倾向。
