体育教师课程标准意识的内涵及生成策略研究

         

摘要

The consciousness of curriculum standard is a comprehensive performance of PE teachers'participation in curriculum reform and the willpower,an inner requirement for PE teachers to con-sciously reflect their own teaching activity in curriculum standard,and also a conjunction between perceptual cognition and rational expression on curriculum standard.By means of establishing teach-ing community to carry out cooperation study,promoting the teaching theoretical accomplishment, classifying teaching level,recording and analyzing teaching materials,and vigorously carrying out post vocational training,the physical education teachers can gradually form curriculum standard con-sciousness suitable for their own professional development,establish a positive and inner pursuit of teaching,initiate the momentum for teaching,research and reform,adjust their teaching behavior, and thus enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of physical education teaching.%课程标准意识是体育教师主动参与课程改革的一种情感和意志力的综合表现,是体育教师通过自己的教学活动对课程标准进行自觉反映的一种内在要求,也是体育教师对课程标准在感性认知和理性表达上的一种契合。通过建立教学共同体开展合作研修、提升体育教师的教学理论素养、划分教学层次、录制与分析体育教师教学影像材料、大力开展职后培训等程序和手段,使体育教师逐步形成适合于自身专业发展的课程标准意识,建立积极的、内在的教学追求与体验,寻求主动进行教学、教研、教改的动力,不断规范和调整自己的教学行为,进而提高体育教学的针对性和实效性。
