玫瑰是我国重要的观赏、香料、食用植物。为了充分利用玫瑰资源，本文综述了玫瑰的种质资源分布及改良情况、玫瑰油加工技术、玫瑰食品及其他玫瑰产品开发情况，并对今后玫瑰的综合利用情况进行了展望。%Rose is an important ornamental,aromatic and edible plant in our country.In order to better comprehensive deG velopment and utilization of rose resources,research directions on rose were reviewed,which included germplasm resources and improvement of rose,rose oil processing technology,rose food and other rose products development.And the comprehenG sive utilization of rose in the future is prospected.
