Disclosed are a SNP combination for analyzing the genetic diversity of Chinese cabbage and for molecular breeding, and a use thereof. The use provided by the present invention in particular is the use of 571 SNP sites or a substance for detecting the 571 SNP sites in any one of the following: (1) construction of a Chinese cabbage DNA fingerprint database; (2) genetic diversity analysis and/or evolution analysis of the Chinese cabbage germplasm resource; and (3) molecular breeding of the Chinese cabbage. The physical location of the 571 SNP sites is determined based on the whole genome sequence alignment of the Chinese cabbage variety Chiifu-402-2, and the version number of the whole genome sequence of the Chinese cabbage variety Chiifu-402-2 is V1.5; and the 571 SNP sites are BrSNPA01001-BrSNPA10043. Experiments have demonstrated that these 571 SNP sites can be used for genetic diversity analysis and evolution analysis of the Chinese cabbage; moreover, these 571 SNP sites can also be used for molecular breeding of the Chinese cabbage, and provide important technical support therefor.
