In history books, novels, poems and folklores, the image of Hua Tuo continued evolution formed rich cultural connotation. In the historical texts, he is a famous doctor with fuzzy character;In the works, he is a tragic and confucian doctor full of justice;In the folklores, he is a magical doctor concerning about the suffering of people. The image of Hua Tuo contains medical culture, technology culture, idealized personality andaesthetic ideal of the different groups.
