P(BMA/2-EHM/St)高吸油树脂的制备及性能研究

     

摘要

The suspension polymerization of styrene(St) and metharylate esters (butyl meth-acrylate (BMA) and 2-ethylhexyl methacrylate (2-EHM)) was carried out to prepare tribasic copolymerized oil absorbent resins .The influences of temperature ,feed ratio of monomers , initiators ,crosslink agents and dispersants on oil-absorptive properties of high oil absorbent resins w ere studied ,meanw hile ,the structure and performance of oil absorbent resins w ere analyzed by FTIR and TGA .And the result shows :at 86 ℃ ,reaction time is 6 h ,60 wt% sty-rene(St) ,m(BMA):m(2-EHM)=1:1 ,1 .7 wt% Benzoperoxide(BPO) initiator ,0 .5 wt%divinylbenzene(DVB) crosslinker and 3 wt% polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as dispersant agent . The maximum oil absorbency to carbon tetrachloride ,dichloromethane ,toluene and xylene were 28 .26 ,21 .10 ,14 .92 and 13 .28 g · g -1 ,and the product is the tribasic copolymerized oil absorbent resins .It also has good thermal stability to meet the general requirements .%以甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)、甲基丙烯酸异辛酯(2-EHM)和苯乙烯(St)为原料,以过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,聚乙烯醇(PVA)为分散剂,二乙烯基苯(DVB)为交联剂,应用悬浮聚合法合成了P(BMA/2-EHM/St)高吸油树脂.研究了聚合温度、单体配比、引发剂用量、交联剂用量和分散剂用量对树脂吸油倍率的影响,并采用傅里叶红外光谱和热重分析对其进行结构表征及热性能分析.结果表明:当w(St)=60%、m(2-EHM):m(BMA)=1:1、w(BPO)=1.7%、w(DVB)=0.5%、w(PVA)=3%,聚合温度86℃,反应时间为6h时,所制得的高吸油树脂吸油倍率最大,对四氯化碳、二氯甲烷、甲苯和二甲苯的吸油倍率分别达到28.26g·g-1、21.10g·g-1、14.92g·g-1、13.28g·g-1.,所得产物为BMA/2-EHM/St三元共聚物,其热稳定性良好,能满足一般使用要求.
