Based on the supply and demand segmentation of Health Care Market, the government role and its contributions have been elaborated by using the theory of Welfare Economics. The fact that the government intervention occurs is that the market segment is distinguished by its market failure, and intervention itself depends on the accessibility of health-related information. Targeted interven-tion and niche service delivery can effectively adjust the loss of welfare.
