澳中教师评价指标体系比较研究

摘要

This paper compares three grade indexes of the Latest Evaluation Index System of Teacher of China and Australia,discussing their analogies and respective key points.It also further analyses the characteristic and enlightenment of Evaluation Index System of Australia teachers in order to perfect our Evaluation Index System.%本文就澳大利亚与我国教师评价指标体系进行比较,对两国的相通之处和各自关注的重点予以探讨;并进一步分析澳大利亚教师评价指标体系的特点,以期对我国教师评价指标体系的科学构建和完善有所借鉴。
