Objective To invesligale Lhe mosl appropriate intravenous puncture method for infants. Methods Totally 243 infants who received intravenous needle retention were retrospectively reviewed and randomly divided into axillary vein puncture group,scalp vein puncture group and forearm cephalic vein puncture group. The operation time,intravenous needle retention time,one-time success rate of the puncture, cooperative rate and degree of satisfaction of the three groups were compared. Results In axillary vein puncture group,the intravenous needle retention time was (69. 48 ±4. 11) hours, the puncture time was (48. 29 ± 11. 82) seconds, the one-time success rate of the puncture was 95.06% , the cooperative rate was 62.96% and the satisfaction rate was 79. 01%. The retention time was the longest, the puncture time was the shortest and the success rate,cooperative rate as well as satisfaction rate were the highest in axillary vein puncture group,statistically different from those in the other two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Axillary vein puncture is a good intravenous puncture method for infants , it can improve the efficiency of nursing work, reduce the sufferings of infants and coordinate with the clinical treatment.%目的 探讨新生儿静脉穿刺的最佳方法.方法 243例静脉留置输液的新生儿随机分成3组,每组81例,分别为腋静脉穿刺组、头皮静脉穿刺组和前臂头静脉穿刺组,比较分析3组的操作时间、穿刺针留置时间、一次性穿刺成功率、合作率及家长满意程度.结果 腋静脉穿刺组的留置针留置时间最长(69.48±4.11)h,穿刺时间最短(48.29±11.82)s,一次性穿刺成功率(95.06%)、合作率(62.96%)和满意率(79.01%)均最高,其留置针留置时间、穿刺时间、一次性穿刺成功率、满意率和合作率与其他两组相比,均具有统计学差异(P<0.05).结论 腋静脉穿刺可以提高护理工作效率,减少患儿的痛苦,能够很好地配合临床治疗,是新生儿较为理想的一种静脉穿刺方法.
