Based on the upper bound theory of limit analysis and strength reduction technique,the effects of pore-water and seismic forces on soil slopes were investigated.The failure surface was rotational and expressions are derived to calculate the safety of slope subjected to pore -water and earthquake loading.The upper bound solu-tions of those expressions are presented by applying iterative optimization method.Compared with the solutions from other analysis,it can be seen that the solutions presented here are effective.Parametric analysis shows that the safety factor of slopes decreases significantly with the increasing of pore -water and seismic forces.%以极限分析上限定理为基础,在考虑孔隙水压力、竖向和水平地震作用影响下对边坡进行稳定性分析,推导出边坡在孔隙水压力和地震力共同作用下的边坡临界高度和边坡稳定性安全系数的表达式,并采用序列二次归化法对所得公式进行优化计算,与其他已有的研究结果对比验证该方法的正确性。对影响边坡稳定性的一些因素进行分析,研究结果表明:随着孔隙水压力、地震效应影响系数的增加,边坡稳定安全系数和潜在滑裂面均变化明显。
