高地温铁路隧道隔热层方案研究

     

摘要

This paper focuses on the optimization of heat insulation layer of the high ground temperature railway tunnel. Firstly, the advantages and disadvantages of different laying modes of heat insulation layer were compared. Then, the optimum heat insulation materials in the high ground temperature tunnel were selected on the basis of the fuzzy evaluation method. Finally, the parameters of thermal insulation layer in the high ground temperature railway tunnel were determined by the numerical simulation method. The results show that it is more appropriate to choose silicate composite insulation blanket or aluminum silicate fibre board fabricated by dry method as the heat insulating method. The heat insulation layer should be used in the sandwich laying mode. The heat insulation layer is better if its thermal conductivity is smaller, and the thermal conductivity coefficient is determined according to the selected heat insulation material. The thickness of heat insulation layer should be 5-10 cm.%为了得到高地温铁路隧道最佳隔热层方案,首先对比分析不同隔热层敷设方式的优缺点,接着通过模糊评价法选取高地温隧道中最优隔热材料,最后通过数值模拟的方法确定高地温铁路隧道中隔热层的设置参数.研究结果表明:隔热材料宜选用硅酸盐质复合绝热卷毡或干法硅酸铝纤维板;隔热层敷设方式宜采用夹心式;隔热层导热系数越小越好,根据所选的隔热材料确定;隔热层厚度宜取5~10 cm.
