大直径双护盾TBM公路隧道管片分块设计探讨

             

摘要

双护盾TBM预制管片分块方案设计是管片设计中的重要环节,直接关系到隧道结构的安全性和施工速度.采用数值模拟的研究手段,以青藏高原地区某条大直径公路隧道为背景,对管片分块设计方案进行研究.研究结果表明:在分块总数相同情况下,采用"X+1"分块模式的管片结构受力性能优于"等分"分块模式的管片结构;不同管片分块模式所引起的管片结构变形位移量值差异为2.724 mm.管片总数目的改变对管片结构的受力和变形特性影响很小,差值占总量的6%.本工程最终采用分块总数为7块,分块模式为"6+1"的分块形式,单环拼装时间为40 min,工程单月最大进尺为500 m.%The design of precast segment is an important part of the tunnel design, which is directly related to the safety of tunnel structure. Based on the transportation tunnel in the rural area of high altitude plateau, numerical simulation method is used to study the design of precast segments. The research implied that In the condition that the same total number of segments, the mechanical properties of the segment structure in the "X+1" mode are better than the one in the "equal parts" mode. The deformation displacement value of segment structure caused by block model of different segments is 2.724 mm. The change of the total number of segments has little influence on the stress and deformation characteristics of the segment structure, and the difference is 6% of the total. This project adopts the block for a total of 7 blocks, block mode to "block 6+1", single ring assembly time is 40 minutes, the largest single month footage is 500 m per month.
