齐齐哈尔铁路枢纽总图规划研究

     

摘要

研究目的:随着铁路客货运输需求的快速增长,齐齐哈尔枢纽作为我国东北路网的重要枢纽,其生产力布局呈现出不满足运输发展需求和点线能力不协调的情况,客货运输也存在一定的交叉干扰,因此有必要结 合齐满高铁和通齐高铁等工程的引入以及城市发展规划,对枢纽的结构组成和新线引入方案进行深入研究,以便于控制枢纽各部分的发展规模,力求为路内其他枢纽,尤其是十字形枢纽的总图规划提供可借鉴的思路.研究结论:(1)枢纽框架为普速铁路和高速铁路共同构成的双“十”字形格局,担负着所衔接线路的客货交流任务;(2)客运、机辆系统适度提高生产能力和服务水平;(3)解编系统基本维持现状;(4)货运系统整合现有资源,规划建设二级物流中心;(5)本研究成果对全路其他类似的十字形铁路枢纽规划具有借鉴或参考价值.%Research purposes:With the rapid growth of railway passenger and freight transportion,as an important terminal of China northeast railway network,the productivity layout of Qiqihaer terminal presents some problems,such as it can't meet the demands of transportation development and dot-line capacity doesn 't coordinate.Passenger and freight transportation also has certain cross interferences.It is necessary to research structure and new projects schemes of terminal,with the Qiqihaer-Manzhouli high-speed railway,Tongliao-Qiqihaer high-speed railway and urban development planning,to control the scale of the terminal parts.This paper strives to provide referential ideas for the general layout planning of other terminals,especially cross railway terminals.Research conclusions:(1) The terminal frame is a double cross pattern,which is composed of the low-speed railway and the high-speed railway.It is responsible for the passenger and freight communication tasks of the connected lines.(2) Passenger system and locomotive vehicle systems increase production capacity and service level moderately.(3) Unscrambling system maintains current situation basically.(4) The freight system integrates existing resources and plans a secondary logistics center.(5) This paper provides reference value for other similar cross railway terminals planning in the whole railway network.
