Caspase-3和Livin在人脑胶质瘤中的表达及意义

摘要

Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of serum caspase-3 protein, livin protein and the pathological grade in human gliomas.Methods Using ABC-ELISA technique to detect the expression of caspase-3 and livin protein in 54 cases of human glioma patients serum and in 32 cases of normal serum.Results The expression of caspase-3 protein, livin protein in glioma patients serum are both higher than those in normal serum.But there were no significant difference of caspase-3 protein and livin protein between the well-differentiated group and poorly-differentiated group.The expression of caspase-3 protein presented reversely correlated to the expression of livin protein in human gliomas.Conclusions The caspase-3 and livin are correlated to the on-cogenesis of human gliomas.Also, may play important roles in development and progression of the disease.%目的:检测Caspase-3和Livin在人胶质瘤患者(观察组)、正常人(对照组)血清中的表达,以及不同病理分级的相关性.方法:采用双抗体夹心(ABC-ELISA)法检测54例人胶质瘤患者和32例正常人血清中Caspase-3、Livin的表达水平.结果:Caspase-3和Livin在人胶质瘤中的表达均高于正常人,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),Caspase-3和Livin在人胶质瘤中的表达呈负相关(r=-0.8326,P<0.0001).结论:Caspase-3、Livin蛋白异常表达在人胶质瘤的发生、发展中起重要作用,且两者存在协同性.
