Livin、XIAP和Caspase-3在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘要

目的：研究凋亡相关蛋白Livin、XIAP和Caspase-3在胃癌中的表达水平，分析其与胃癌发生的相关性。方法：TUNEL染色检测细胞凋亡，免疫组化方法检测Livin、XIAP和Caspase-3蛋白的表达。结果：胃癌组织的凋亡指数明显低于正常组织和癌旁组织(P＜0.05)。Livin、XIAP 在胃癌组织的表达明显高于正常组织和癌旁组织(P＜0.05)，而Caspase-3的表达显著低于正常组织和癌旁组织(P＜0.05)。Livin、XIAP和Caspase-3的表达与胃癌的淋巴转移有关(P＜0.05)。结论：Livin、XIAP和Caspase-3与胃癌密切相关，可作为胃癌发展和预后判断的参考指标。%Objective:To study the expression changes of apoptosis related proteins Livin,XIAP and Caspase-3 in gastric cancer, analyze its correlation with gastric cancer.Methods: TUNEL staining was used to detect cell apoptosis.Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the change of Livin,XIAP and Caspase-3 protein expression of gastric cancer,and its conclusion and the relationship between the clinical pathological features of gastric cancer.Results: The apoptosis index in gastric cancer tissue was significantly lower than that in normal tissue and cancer adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The expression of Livin and XIAP protein in gastric cancer tissue was significantly higher than that in the normal tissues and cancer adjacent tissues(P<0.05).But the expression of Caspase-3 protein in gastric cancer tissue were significantly lower than the normal tissue and cancer adjacent tissues (P<0.05).The expression of Livin,XIAP and Caspase-3 protein were closely related to the lymphatic metastasis(P<0.05). Conclusion:Livin,XIAP and Caspase-3 were closely related with the incidence of gastric cancer.They can be used as an index of gastric cancer development and prognosis judgement.
