重度创伤患者血糖水平与损伤程度及预后的关系研究

摘要

Objective Toprobeintotherelationshipofbloodglucoselevelsofseveretraumapa-tientswithinjuryseverityandprognosis.Methods SelectedJanuary,2008toDecember2011,106se-veretraumapatientsinourhospital.Accordingtothepatient'sbloodglucoselevels,allthepatientsdi-videdintobloodglucosenormalgroup,bloodglucoseslightlyelevatedgroupandbloodglucosesignifi-cantlyincreasedgroup.ComparedandanalyzedtheAPACHEⅡscoreandprognosisofpatientsinthe threegroups.Results Comparedwithbloodglucosenormalgroup,patientsinbloodglucoseslightlyel-evatedgroupandbloodglucosesignificantlyincreasedgroupAPACHEIIscoreandmortalityweresignif-icantlyhigher,therewerestatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Conclusions Closemonitoringbloodglu-cosechangesofseveretraumapatients,hasanimportantguidingsignificancefortheclinicaltreatment andprognosisofthepatients'condition.%　　目的探讨重度创伤患者血糖水平与损伤程度及预后的关系.方法选取2008年1月~2011年12月期间，我院收治的重度创伤患者106例，根据患者的血糖值分为血糖正常组、血糖轻度增高组以及血糖明显增高组，对三组患者的APACHEⅡ评分以及预后情况进行比较分析.结果与血糖正常组患者相比，血糖轻度增高组和血糖明显增高组患者APACHEⅡ评分及患者病死率均呈现明显增高，差别均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论密切监测重度创伤患者血糖的变化，对于临床的治疗以及患者病情的预后判断都具有重要的指导意义.
