枸橼酸坦度螺酮治疗伴焦虑症状的抑郁障碍临床观察

摘要

Objective To study the clinical effect of Tandospirone citrate in the treatment of depressive disorders combined with anxiety symptoms .Methods 64 cases of depression patients with anxiety symptoms were randomized into 2 groups.Patients in observation group (n=32) were given venlafaxine (75-225 mg/d) joint Tandospirone citrate (30 to 60 mg/d) for treatment.Patients in control group (n=32) only given venlafaxine at the dose of 75-225 mg/d for treatment, a course lasted for 8 weeks.Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) and anxiety scale ( HAMA) were used to evaluate the severity of depression and anxiety before and after the treatment , the symptom scale (TESS) was used to assess the adverse reactions in the treatment , simultaneously laboratory examination of blood routine , liver function and renal function were done .Results The efficiency of observation group was 78.1%, HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups reduced significantly after the treatment , and the decrease rate in observation group was faster than that of control group , the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference of adverse reactions between the two groups .Conclusions Tandospirone citrate can effectively relieve anxiety symptoms and depression disorder , the joint antidepressants work can obtain fast and safe efficiency , as well as good tolerance and compliance .%目的：探讨枸橼酸坦度螺酮治疗伴焦虑症状的抑郁障碍患者疗效和安全性。方法将64例伴有焦虑症状的抑郁症患者按双盲、随机分成两组。观察组32例：采用文拉法辛75～225 mg／d联合枸橼酸坦度螺酮30～60 mg／d治疗；对照组32例：单用文拉法辛75～225 mg／d治疗，疗程均为8周。治疗前后采用Hamilton抑郁量表（HAMD）及焦虑量表（HAMA）评价抑郁、焦虑严重程度，采用症状量表（TESS）评定治疗中出现的不良反应，同时进行血常规、肝功能、肾功能的实验室检查。结果文拉法辛联合枸橼酸坦度螺酮治疗伴焦虑的抑郁症患者临床显效率78．1％，HAMD和HAMA治疗前后的减分率明显降低，观察组降分更快，差异具有显著性（P＜0．05），不良反应TESS评分比较差异无显著性。结论枸橼酸坦度螺酮能有效缓解抑郁障碍患者的焦虑症状，联合抗抑郁药物起效快且安全有较好的耐受性和依从性。
