“任务引领型一体化训练模式”在PLC教学中的应用

Starting with the cultivation of skilled talents ,and combined with the enterprises're-quirements for skilled talents ,this paper introduces the application of task-based integrated training mode in PLC teaching .T he mode takes the trainees as the subject ,takes professional capability and position requirements as the core and takes training task as the carriers .It's of great pertinence to im-prove the students'studying interest ,cultivate their comprehensive quality ,improve their practical ca-pability ,and especially cultivate the operational capability in the production .%以培养技能人才为出发点，结合企业对技能人才的需求，介绍了构建以受训者为主体，以职业能力和岗位需求为核心，以训练任务为载体的“任务引领型一体化训练模式”在PLC教学中的应用。该训练模式对提高学生的学习兴趣，培养学生综合素质，提高学生动手能力，尤其是培养具有生产实际的操作能力很有针对性。
