本文试阐述在城堡这个全景敞视主义监狱中, 监视和权力的运作无处不在, 权力的规训已全然内化在每个人的心里.%Franz Kafka's last novel, The Castle, is an unfinished work which depicting the land surveyor K who was ordered to take up the castle but was prevented to be outside the castle, so K began a long and arduous self-defense battle with the castle authorities on whether he could stay. In the novel, Kafka described the castle, the village outside the castle and the people in the castle carefully. No matter the castle's shape or the villagers' quire behaviors coincide with Michel Foucault's Panopticism in the Discipline and Punishment. This article tries to explain that surveillance and power are everywhere in this Panopticon-like castle, and the discipline of power has been completely internalized in every villager's heart.
