基于粮食安全角度的粮食生产与农民收入的关系研究

摘要

通过对1991-2011年粮食生产和农民收入的研究发现，农民收入与粮食生产之间存在着长期反向变动关系，即农民收入的增加不是由扩大粮食生产的结果。为了保障国家粮食安全，国家要加强农业基础设施建设，推进土地适度规模经营，提高农业综合生产能力，积极探索和完善农民种粮有利益补偿机制，充分调动农民种粮的积极性，从而实现粮食增产和农民增收的“双赢”。%Through the researches on grain production and farmers'income from 1991 to 2011 ,it can be found that there is a long-term reverse relation between them ,that is to say ,the increase of farmers'income is not the result of the expand of grain production .In order to ensure national food security and achieve a win-win situation between grain production and farmers'income ,the government must strenghten the construction of agricultural infrastructure , promote the moderate scale management of land ,raise the comprehensive production capacity of agriculture ,explore and perfect the farmers'interests compensation mechanism ,and mobilize the farmers'enthusiasm to grow more grain .
