青岛市新型农村社区建设融资模式问题研究

摘要

Nowadays,in Qingdao the financing issues have become the currently key topics in new rural community construction .Taking the districts and county -level cities in Qingdao as the object , this paper analyzes the characteristics and main problems of the financing pattern of new rural community construction by comparing different types of new rural community construction from the aspects of financing entities , financing channels , financing and repayment modes including small town agglomeration type , village transformation type , function integration type ,village center fusion type and the type driven by leading enterprises .Suggestions are put forward for further innovating financing patterns and speeding up the new rural community construction .%青岛市新型农村社区建设已全面推开，社区建设融资事宜成为当前重要课题。本文以青岛市各区市为研究对象，从融资主体、融资渠道、融资方式以及还款方式等四个方面入手，比较分析小城镇集聚型、城中村改造型、功能区整合型、中心村融合型、龙头企业带动型等类型的新型农村社区建设融资模式的特点、面临的主要问题，并对进一步创新融资模式、加快新型农村社区建设提出建议。
