A blockchain credit or digital certificate-based financing mode method, comprising: firstly acquiring and combining information about a financing party to acquire industry data; then assessing the industry data; a risk management guarantee agency receiving a financing request application from a platform, performing offline inspection and assessment of the financing party, and determining whether the financing party meets a financing condition; if the financing party meets the financing request condition, signing a guarantee and insurance contract; the financing party paying related fees; the financing party being required to apply for a blockchain initial account, and then choosing, according to a requirement thereof, to trade by using a digital certificate or a credit, wherein a trading rule stipulates that the digital certificate or the credit is paid to a platform party, and then a supply party performs delivery; and after the financing party confirms successful reception, the digital certificate or the credit being transferred by the platform to the supply party for payment or receiving of credit . The invention combines a risk management guarantee agency (or a financial agency) and an advance payment fund or insurance, thereby reducing financial costs by means of "disintermediation", and improving efficiency.
