临床实习护生自主学习能力现状调查及影响因素分析

         

摘要

Objective:To investigate the present situation of independent learning ability of student nurses and to analyze the influencing factors in order to provide the basis for improving the clinical teaching method and the independent learning ability of student nurses as well.Methods:The independent learning self -rating scale of nursing staff was used to investigate the independent learning ability of 175 student nurses and analyze the influencing factors.Results:The total score of the independent learning ability of student nurses was 78.68+18.37,and the factors affecting their learning ability were educational level,professional interest,clinical teaching satisfaction and col-lective teaching interest.Conclusion:The independent learning ability of student nurses is in the medium level and the ability is influenced by many factors.The college administrators should enhance the independent learning ability of student nurses by improving the clinical teaching methods.%目的:了解临床实习护生的自主学习能力,探讨其自主学习能力的影响因素,为改进临床教学方法、提高临床实习护生的自主学习能力提供依据。方法:采用护理人员自主学习能力评价量表对175名护生进行调查,调查其自主学习能力现状及影响因素。结果:本组护生自主学习能力总分为(78.68±18.37)分;影响其自主学习能力的因素有学历层次、专业兴趣、临床教学满意度、集体授课兴趣度。结论:临床实习护生的自主学习能力处于中等水平,且受多种因素的影响,学校可根据学历层次、专业及集体授课兴趣程度、改进临床教学满意度的方法,进一步加强对临床实习护生自主学习能力的培养。
