同伴支持教育对前列腺癌术后患者的影响

         

摘要

Objective:To explore the influence of peer support education on postoperative patients with prostate cancer .Methods:A total of 47 cases of prostate cancer patients who received routine postoperative intervention in were selected as the control group ,and 47 cases of prostate cancer patients who received peer support education were selected as the study group .The self-efficacy,quality of life and social support scores were compared between the two groups .Results:The scores of self-efficacy,quality of life and social support in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P<0.05).Conclusion:Carrying out peer support education for prostate cancer patients can improve their self-efficacy ,improve their quality of life ,and improve their social support .%目的:探讨同伴支持教育对前列腺癌术后患者的影响.方法:选取行常规术后干预的47例前列腺癌患者为对照组,行同伴支持教育的47例前列腺癌患者为研究组,比较两组自我效能感、生活质量及社会支持评分.结果:研究组自我效能感评分、生活质量评分及社会支持评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:对前列腺癌术后患者实施同伴支持教育,可提高其自我效能感,提升生活质量,改善社会支持状况.
