构建科学、实效的大学生心理健康教育模式，必须研究和探讨模式中相关因素及地位作用。（1）建立和完善由学校领导和专家队伍分别组成的领导体制与业务指导机制双结合的工作体制，是大学生心理健康教育工作取得实效的前提；（2）确立大学生心理健康教育目标是有效开展大学生心理健康教育的导航；（3）明确大学生心理健康教育的任务是高等学校开展心理健康教育工作的把手；（4）选择恰当有效大学生心理健康教育途径是高等学校实现心理健康教育目标和完成心理健康教育内容的保证条件；（5）提高大学生心理健康能力是高校有效开展心理健康教育的必要手段。%To construct and practical patterns of mental health education among college students, research and discussions must be made on those factor involved and their roles. The follwing are our opinions on this kind of education ： 1 ） constructing and perfecting a system in which college leaders and experts make up th leadership and help with the direction and operation is the prerequisite for the work to be truly effective ;2 ）establishing its objectives leads to its practical operation;3 ）being clear about its tasks is a handle for institutions of higher learing to do the work with ;4 ） choosing proper and effective ways to carry ti out guarantees the attainment of the goals and the conveyance of its contentds ;5 ）improving college students＇mental health is a necessary means for institution of higher learning to carry it out.
