法律拟制意义建构的概念整合机制

法律拟制是立法语篇的重要内容之一,有意把不同者等同视之.通过概念整合,可以把来自不同认知空间的信息进行加工处理,生成一个兼具各个空间信息特点的新的认知概念.概念整合类型主要包括简单网络、双域网络和多域复合网络,在立法过程中,立法者主要运用这三种形式对法律拟制条文进行意义建构,以实现预期的立法目的.%Legal fiction is an important part of the legislative discourse,which intentionally treats different concepts as the same one.We can process different information from various cognitive spaces and generate a new concept with characteristics from all the input spaces.Conceptual blending mainly consists of simplex network,double-scope network and multiple blend network,which can be used by legislators to enact laws and regulations concerning legal fictions to realize the expected legislative purpose.
