地方本科院校转型期学生考证问题探析--以莆田学院为例

摘要

指出考取各种证书（考证）作为大学生在地方本科院校转型期进行人力资本投资的方式之一，日益得到关注。以莆田学院为例，调查地方本科院校学生考证热现状，分析其合理性与盲目性，提出地方本科院校学生正确对待考证以提高自身就业能力的若干具体措施。%The paper indicates that obtaining certificates is one of m ethods of investm ent in hum an capital in the transform ation of the local universities and colleges. On the basis of Putian U niversity, it investigates the certificate craze of students in the local universities. It analyzes the rationality and blindness of certificate craze. The paper finally puts forw ard som e concrete m easures for the undergraduates in the local universities on having a correct attitude tow ards the certificate craze and advancing the ability of em ploym ent.
