放射性125I粒子近距离照射家兔面神经的组织病理学及超微结构观察

     

摘要

Objective: To study the pathology and ultramicrostructure variation of rabbit facial nerve following 125I seed brachythera-py. Methods: Radioactive 125I seed and the empty seed shell were implanted adjacent to facial nerve in big ear New Zealand white rabbits respectively^ n = 12 ). Another 12 rabbits without operation were served as the normal control. The samples of facial nerve were taken 7, 14, 30 and 60 d after the operation for pathological test, AgN03 staining and ponceau G-light green SF double staining and electron microscopic observation. Results: The structure and pathology of facial nerve in the seed shell group were similar to those in normal control group, while the myelin sheath and axon were impaired with some repair in the I seed group. Conclusion: I seed brachytherapy may impair facial nerve followed by some repair.%目的:探讨放射性125I粒子近距离照射对家兔面神经影响的组织病理学及超微结构变化.方法:分别将1 颗放射性125I粒子或粒子空壳植入新西兰大耳白兔右侧面神经旁(n=12),另取12 只家兔作为正常对照.植入后7、14、30、60 d时取相应面神经行HE、AgNO3染色及丽春红G- 亮绿SF双重染色,并制作透射电镜标本.结果:空壳粒子组面神经组织病理学结构与正常面神经结构相似;粒子组髓鞘及轴索出现不同程度的损害和修复性变化.结论:放射性125I粒子近距离照射可引起面神经损伤性以及修复性变化.
