一种快速检测医务人员鼻前庭中MRSA 及MRCNS的方法评估

         

摘要

目的:评价一种快速检测医务人员鼻前庭中耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA) 和耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(MRCNS)的方法的临床应用价值.方法:对近期医院发生葡萄球菌感染较多科室(ICU、神经外科)的医务人员鼻前庭进行采样和培养后,同时用VITEK-32全自动微生物分析仪法、直接多重PCR检测法对其进行鉴定,并以常规细菌培养 + VITEK-32全自动微生物分析仪法检测结果为标准,评价直接多重PCR检测法的敏感性、特异性.结果:用仪器法从102名医务人员的鼻拭子中分离到金黄色葡萄球菌16株(MRSA14株,MSSA 2株),MRCNS 38株;直接多重PCR检测法共检测出金黄色葡萄球菌14株(MRSA 13株,MSSA 1株),MRCNS检出33株.结论:直接多重PCR法灵敏度较高、特异性强、简单快速,适用于直接快速检测医务人员鼻前庭中MRSA 和MRCNS,该方法对加强医务人员医院感染的预防与控制有重要的意义.%Objective To evaluate the clinical application of one rapid methods for detection of methicillin resistant staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and methicillin resistant coagulase-negative Staphylococcus (MRCNS)directly from vestibules of noses among health care workers. Methods Directly Multiplex PCR and Vitek-32 automatic microbiology analysis system assay for simultaneously detecting 102 vestibules of noses among health care workers. Multiplex PCR assay was compared with another methods to evaluate its sensitivity and specificity. Results MRSA were detected 13 strains and 14 strains by Directly Multiplex PCR and Vitek-32 automatic microbiology analysis system assay respectively. In total,38 strains MRCNS were detected by Vitek-32 assay, while the total 33 strains MRCNS were detected by Directly Multiplex PCR. Conclusion This Directly Multiplex PCR assay is simple, rapid, sensitive and specific ; The method is available in detecting MRSA and MRCNS directly from vestibules of noses among health care workers.
