乳腺硬化性腺病临床X线征象分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and X﹣ray signs of sclerosing adenosis of breast, to deepen the understanding of X﹣ray manifestation. Methods Seventeen cases with sclerosing adenosis of breast confirmed by surgical pathology between May 2011 and May 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Seventeen cases had different feasures,6 cases presented architectural distortion, 5 cases showed the "black star", 1 case was showed as"white star", burr shadow slender, soft edges, the end thickness of near and far was consistent; 4 cases were middle or slightly high density mass shadow, irregularly or lobulated, a part of edges was clear; Structure distor﹣tion with mass in 4 cases, masses were near the center side, the shape was round or ovoid, edge was clear; 3 cases showed asymmetric density, characterized by different posture showing different density changes; 3 cases presented scattered with fine dotted calcification. Conclusion It is important to recognize the imaging characteristic appear﹣ances of sclerosing adenosis of breast and to combine with clinical data in order to improve the diagnostic accuracy.%目的：分析乳腺硬化性腺病的临床特点及X线征象，提高对其X线表现特点的认识。方法回顾性分析我院2011年5月至2015年5月经手术病理证实的17例乳腺硬化性腺病临床X线表现征象。结果乳腺硬化性腺病X线表现多样化，17例硬化性腺病中，6例表现为结构扭曲，5例为“黑星”，1例为“白星”，毛刺影细长、边缘柔和，远近端粗细较一致；4例呈中等或稍高密度肿块影，形态不规则或呈分叶状，边缘部分清晰，部分显示模糊；结构扭曲伴肿块4例，肿块位于结构扭曲中心部位一侧，形态呈圆形或卵圆形，边缘清晰；非对称性致密3例，表现为一个体位明显而另一体位显示正常或密度变化较大；3例伴有散在分布细点状钙化。结论X线摄影检查可显示乳腺硬化性腺病影像学特点，结合临床资料，有助于鉴别诊断，提高诊断准确率。
