广东跨境汇兑型“地下钱庄”现状及治理对策

摘要

跨境汇兑型“地下钱庄”问题涉及两岸四地，严重破坏金融管理秩序、市场经济秩序，影响正常司法活动。由于社会制度、司法体系等多种因素的差异性，目前粤港澳台警方在合作打击“地下钱庄”跨境汇兑方面存在不少亟待改善的地方，需要两岸四地在办案协作、制度建设、情报交流等方面共同努力加以解决。%The problem of cross -border remittance type of illegal private bank involves four districts of Cross-Straits, seriously damages the order of financial administration and market economy and affects normal ju -dicial activities .Due to the differences in the aspects of social and judicial system , there are some aspects that need to be improved immediately in the cooperation of Guangdong , Hong Kong and Macao and Taiwan in comba-ting cross-border remittance type of illegal private bank .The four districts of Cross -Straits need to cooperate with each other in the aspects of system construction and intelligence exchange .
