火焰原子吸收光谱法测定醋酸甲萘氢醌原料中锌的残留

         

摘要

目的:建立测定醋酸甲萘氢醌原料中锌(Zn)的残留的方法。方法样品经过简单的前处理,利用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法对醋酸甲萘氢醌原料中锌的残留量进行测定。结果该方法测得锌元素的线性范围为0~1.6μg·mL -1,相关系数 r =0.9982,平均回收率为95.5%(n =9),RSD 为1.6%。结论该方法专属性好,灵敏度高,操作简便,适用于醋酸甲萘氢醌原料中锌元素的限度检查。%Objective To establish a method for the determination of Zn in menadiol diacetate raw material. Methods The content of Zn in menadiol diacetate raw material was determined by using air - acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS). Results The linear range was 0 ~ 1. 6 μg·mL - 1(r = 0. 998 2). The average recovery of Zn was 95. 5%(n = 9),and the RSD was 1. 6% . Conclusion The method has a good specificity,high sensitivity,easy operation and can be used for the inspection of Zn in menadiol diacetate raw material.
