目的 了解新毕业护士职业认同与职业生活质量现状及其相关性,为管理者制定干预措施提供参考.方法 采用护士职业认同和职业生活质量量表对215名新毕业护士进行问卷调查.结果 新毕业护士的职业认同均分3.32±0.36,职业生活质量均分3.66±0.42;职业认同与职业生活质量总分及各维度得分呈正相关(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).结论 新毕业护士职业认同及职业生活质量处于中等及中等偏下水平,护士职业认同越好,职业生活质量越高;应采取针对性措施提高新毕业护士职业认同感,从而提高职业生活质量,以稳定护理队伍.%Objective To investigate the status of professional identity and quality of nursing woke life among newly graduated nurses,and analyze their relationship,so as to provide evidence for making intervention.Methods A total of 215 newly graduated nurses were investigated utilizing Nursing Professional Identity Scale and Quality of Nursing Questionnaire.Results The mean score of professional identity was (3.32±0.36),and the mean score of quality of nursing woke life was (3.66±0.42).The total score and each dimension score of professional identity and quality of nursing woke life were positively correlated (P＜0.05,P＜0.01).Conclusion Professional identity and quality of nursing work life among newly graduated nurses are at moderate or below moderate level,the nurses with better professional identity,their quality of nursing work life are higher;so targeted interventions should be taken to improve their professional identity,then to improve their quality of nursing work life,so as to stabilize nursing team.
