Objective To describe the level and factors associated with awareness of Magnet(R) culture among nurses.Methods A total of 3 525 nurses were selected from 35 tertiary hospitals in Hubei province and were invited to complete a general information ques-tionnaire and a questionnaire regarding awareness of Magnet(R) culture.Results The median (P25-P75) awareness of Magnet(R) culture among nurses was 80.00(75.00,93.00).More than eighty percent (83.89 ％-85.11 ％) of the respondents recognized professional skills and communication,and 71.72 ％-76.57 ％ of them approved welfare and salary,decision-making,and psychological well-being.Nurses with different educational backgrounds,holding different positions,and working in different departments,had significant differences in awareness of Magnet(R) culture (P＜0.05,P＜0.01).Conclusion The awareness of Magnet(R) culture among nurses was somewhat above average level.Nursing managers should strengthen training about Magnet(R) hospital,take effective measures according to departments,focus on nurses' psychological well-being and decision-making needs,and build a healthy work environment.%目的 了解护士对磁性医院文化的认知水平,探讨其影响因素.方法 便利抽取湖北省35所三级甲等医院在职护士3 525人,采用自行设计的一般资料调查表及护士对磁性医院文化认知调查表进行问卷调查.结果 护士对磁性医院文化的认知得分为80.00(75.00,93.00)分;对专业技能、沟通交流的赞同率较高,为83.89％～85.11％,对福利薪酬、决策自主及心理健康的认同较低,为71.72％～76.57％;职务、科室、学历及对磁性医院的了解程度是影响护士对磁性医院文化认知得分的因素(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).结论 护士对磁性医院文化的认知处于中等偏上水平,护理管理者应加强磁性医院知识教育培训,并根据不同科室需求采取针对性指导措施,加强对护士决策参与及心理状况需求的关注,营造健康的照护环境.
