Objective To analyze the family nursing condition of patients undergoing tracheotomy and with long-term intratracheal tube. Method Investigate 15 patients and 90 care delivers by questionnaire on family nursing condition of patients undergoing tracheotomy and with long-term intratracheal tube. Result Most care delivers are non-relatives and with low education level Most of them receive no professional knowledge training and aren't qualified for family nursing care. There are 2 cases of inappropriate degree of tightness, 32 cases of aspiration, 10 cases of partial airway obstruction, 1 case of tracheal cannula plantation difficulty and 6 eases of pulmonary infection. Conclusion There are many problems in family nursing condition of patients undergoing tracheotomy and with long- term intratracheal tube. Measures should be taken to improve the situation.%目的 分析气管切开长期带管患者的家庭护理现状.方法 自行设计气管切开长期带管患者的家庭护理现状调查表,对 15 例患者及 90 名照顾者进行调查.结果 照顾者多为非亲属、文化程度低,大部分未接受过专业知识培训,不能胜任家庭护理工作,患者在家出现系带松紧不适宜 2 例次、误吸 32 例次、呼吸道部分阻塞 10 例次、内套管置入困难 1例次、肺部感染 6 例次.结论 气管切开长期带管患者的家庭护理存在诸多问题,必须采取改进措施.
