人工股骨头置换伴气管切开术长期带管患者的护理

摘要

总结1例人工股骨头置换伴气管切开术长期带管患者的护理经验。护理重点：术后6h内密切观察患者的生命体征，重点是呼吸状况，防止脱位，预防感染，做好气管套管的消毒工作，加强心理护理。该患者恢复顺利，术后10d下地走路，肢体功能基本恢复，未发生关节脱位。%To summarize 1 case of artificial femoral head replacement with tracheotomy nursing experience of patients with long-term tube summary. The key points of nursing included: after 6 hours, and closely observe the patient's vital signs, especial y respiratory conditions, preventing dislocation, infection prevention, disinfection work of tracheal cannula, strengthen the psychological nursing. The patient recovered wel , walk 10 days postoperative limb function recovery, basic, no joint dislocation.
