儿科门诊护士工作满意度的现状调查及相关因素分析

摘要

Objective To study the job-satisfaction for pediatrics outpatient nurses and analyze related factors. Method Investigate 120 pediatrics outpatient nurses from 4 third-tier hospitals of Hangzhou and Shanxi by self-designed questionnaire. Result The total score of job - satisfaction for pediatrics outpatient nurses is (3. 16 ± 0. 40), which is positively correlated to their professional titles and work characteristics(P<0. 05~0. 01). Conclusion Job-satisfaction for pediatrics outpatient nurses is in medium level. Their job-satisfaction is related to their positional titles and whether they are permanent or employed.%目的 了解儿科门诊护士的工作满意度现状并分析相关因素.方法 自行设计问卷,对杭州市和太原市四家三级医院共120名儿科门诊护士进行问卷调查.结果 儿科门诊护士的总体工作满意度得分为(3.16±0.40)分,与护士的职称、用工性质呈显著正相关,P<0.05～0.01.结论 儿科门诊护士工作满意度在中等水平.工作满意度受用工性质、职称等因素影响.
